I ordered my usual size i was thinking, okay, fingers crossed these actually fit. They ended up being almost perfect. They did feel a little snug at first, and I had that moment of, uh oh, did I mess up? But after wearing them for a day, they started to break in nicely. Overall, I’d say the sizing is accurate, just expect a little bit of a break-in period.

I wore these boots out in just a bit of light rain, and they ended up marking badly. They do look really nice, but for the price I expected them to handle mild wet weather better. I’m careful with my shoes, and after seeing how easily they marked, I wouldn’t take the chance wearing them if there’s even a small risk of rain.

I was let down by how quickly these started wearing out. I wasn’t doing anything unusual with them and tried to take care of them, but the stitching began coming loose and the finish started getting marks way sooner than I thought it would. For what they cost, I expected them to last a lot longer. They looked good at first, but after a bit, it just didn’t feel worth it...

I’ve bought from this brand before and usually really like their stuff, so I was a little torn on this one. The box looked nice at first glance, but it arrived a bit squashed, which was disappointing considering the price. It wasn’t terrible, just not quite the quality I expected from a brand I usually trust

I ordered a pair of boots it felt like I was waiting ages for them to show up. The tracking barely moved the whole time, and there wasn’t really any clear update on what was going on. Annoying, to be honest.

These have pretty much no grip, lol. I wore them in the rain and slipped twice, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend them if you need something with traction.

I like the loyalty perks overall, and when I’m in a good mood it feels like a nice little bonus. But it gets a bit annoying waiting forever for the points to show up, and the whole thing can feel more confusing than it needs to be

I really wanted to like these. First impression was great, opened the box, they looked gorgeous, nice shape, nice finish, the whole thing. For the price, I thought they’d be a solid pair of everyday boots.
But then after just a few wears… not great. The leather started creasing way more than it should have, and the stitching on one side began coming loose. I’ve had much cheaper boots last longer, which is the part that really annoyed me. They feel more like boots made to look good in photos than boots you can actually count on. Wouldn’t buy them again.

I do like the boots and they definitely feel well made, so I was excited to wear them out. Delivery was fine and the packaging looked nice too. But for what I paid, I expected them to be a lot more comfortable right out of the box. I had planned to wear them for a full day out, and that basically got ruined because my feet were hurting way sooner than I expected. They’re nice, but the price is high, so I’m not sure I’d buy them again unless they were on sale...

My size was actually in stock, which is more than I can say for a lot of other stores I’ve checked. The only downside was that the color options were limited.

Customer service took forever to get back to me. i really wish I had read the reviews first because this ended up being such a frustrating experience

I do like the boots and bags, they look good and feel decent quality. Just wish there were a few more colours and styles to pick from. Bit more variety would be nice.

I ordered a pair of boots and a belt from Fairfax & Favor, and the boots were spot on. They looked great and were exactly what I expected, so my brain immediately filed that part under “all good.”

The belt was where it went a bit wrong. It turned up in the wrong size, even though the confirmation email showed the right one. I’d taken the mental shortcut of assuming that if the email was correct, the parcel would be too, so it was annoying, especially as it was meant to be a gift.

Customer service did get it sorted in the end, but it took a few days of back and forth. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not quite as simple or smooth as I’d hoped

I stopped by the shop thinking I’d try on a few pairs of boots and probably end up buying something, but the whole visit was frustrating. I stood around for a bit before anyone really acknowledged me, then had to ask twice just to get a size brought out. It kind of felt like I was interrupting them rather than being a customer. Nobody offered any help with the fit or gave any suggestions, which surprised me given how much the boots cost. I ended up leaving empty-handed, and I can’t say I’m in a hurry to go back.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive, and the tracking has been useless so far. It barely updated at all, so I never really knew where the package was or when I should actually expect it. I get that delays can happen, but it would’ve been a lot less frustrating if the tracking information had been more accurate or at least updated regularly...

To be fair, the sizing wasn’t quite right for me at first, so I did have to swap them once, which was a bit of a hassle but not the end of the world. They also felt a little snug when I first put them on, but after a couple of wears they softened up nicely. Now they’re comfortable enough to wear while walking around for most of the day. I’m giving 4 stars just because the sizing felt a bit off, but the boots themselves are lovely

I ordered a pair of boots from the website and, to be fair, the order did go through in the end. But checkout on my phone was slower than I expected, and every time I changed the delivery option it jumped back to the top of the page, which got annoying fast.
The confirmation email came through fine and the site looks decent, but the whole thing felt a bit impersonal. There didn’t seem to be any easy way to speak to an actual person if something went wrong, which is frustrating when you’re spending that much. Not awful, just not as smooth or reassuring as I’d hoped.

I was planning to add initials to a gift, but the monogram choices felt really limited compared to what I’ve seen on other sites. Checkout wasn’t super clear either, and the preview didn’t give me much confidence in how it would actually look. For the price, I expected more customization, so I ended up not placing the order...

I bought something from FAIRFAX & FAVOR for a birthday present, and to be honest, it was a bit disappointing. I might be mixing up the exact dates now, because I ordered it thinking I had plenty of time, then suddenly it felt like the birthday was right on top of me and I was still waiting for it to feel properly sorted.

For the price, I expected the whole thing to feel a bit more special. The packaging was really plain and didn’t have much of a gift feel at all, so when I handed it over, it made me look like I’d just grabbed something last minute, even though I hadn’t.

I’m sure it might be fine if you’re buying for yourself and don’t care about presentation, but as a present it fell flat for me. I probably wouldn’t use them again for a gift unless I had loads of time and planned to repackage it myself...

It felt a bit too old-fashioned for my taste, to be honest. Not necessarily bad, just not really the style I was hoping for.
